Description: Supine Hamstring Stretch

1. Starting Position – - lying flat on back with left leg
extended at a 90 degree angle to the body,
right leg extended and flat on the ground.
2. Keeping the leg straight, grab above the knee and
bring it toward the body until slight discomfort.
3. Hold for 10-15 s.
4. Repeat with other leg.
