Description: Standing Groin Stretch

1. Standing Position – - back flat, knees straight
(slightly unlocked).
2. Spread legs slowly, going as far out as possible.
3. Bend forward, grab ankles, and slowly pull chin
toward the floor and hold.
4. Hold for 10 to 15 s.
5. Return to original position. Repeat three times.
