Standing Calf Stretch
Description: Standing Calf Stretch
1. Starting Position – - Assume a push-up postion,
hands shoulder width apart.
2. Place right foot behind or on top of left leg just
above the left ankle.
3. Make sure that left leg is straight with the left ankle
bent.
4. Transfer the weight back onto the left ankle
stretching the left heel towards the ground.
5. Hold the stretch for 10-15 s.
6. Repeat with other leg.
