Description: Hip Flexor Stretch

1. Starting Position – - standing both feet together.
2. Take large step on left foot, leaving lower leg
perpendicular, and right knee on the ground, hands
hanging to the side for balance.
3. Lean forward on left knee, making sure to keep left
knee in line with left foot.
4. Keeping right leg on the floor, you should feel a
stretch in right hip flexor.
5. Hold for 12 to 15 s. Repeat three times.
6. Repeat with other leg.
